My placenta encapsulation experience with Meredith was wonderful. She took care of safe transport from the hospital and I had my capsules within two days of giving birth.  They were instrumental to my milk coming in right on time (and abundantly!) and keeping my postpartum emotions regulated.  She even included a beautiful print of my placenta and a cord keepsake. My only wish is that the capsules would last forever – they help SO much with everything postpartum related, and I feel great – even energized – while taking them.  Thanks Meredith for a great placenta encapsulation experience.

A husband's perspective - 
When my wife first suggested we should get a doula for our second son's birth, my first reaction was, "Why? Do we really need to spend money on something we don’t need, I mean we got by the first time without one!" All I can say is now, from the other side, having hired Meredith, I don't know how or why we would ever do it without a doula. Meredith was incredible. The support she was able to provide to my wife postpartum has also been a huge help. When my wife was struggling with her milk coming in, Meredith came over to help put her mind at ease. If you’re reading this, wondering if you should get a doula--Do it! If it’s Meredith, you won’t be sorry.
